Wang Ruixian, female, Han Chinese, born in 1967, is from Dehui, Jilin, member of Communist Party of China, on-job postgraduate, Doctor of Science and senior engineer. Now, she serves as the deputy inspector of Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau.  

She served as the deputy director general of Haidian District Environmental Protection Bureau, Beijing, deputy secretary of Organization Department of Beijing Haidian District Committee, secretary of Xueyuan Road Street Committee of Haidian District, Beijing, director of Science and Technology Standard Department and Financial Planning Department of Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau.

She is responsible for the municipal soil pollution prevention and control, solid waste management, environmental protection science and technology, standard, industry, international cooperation, finance and audit.

She shares responsibility for Soil Environmental Management Office (Solid Waste Management Office), Science and Technology and International Cooperation Office, Finance Office (Audit Office), Municipal Environmental Science Institute, Municipal Solid Waste and Chemical Management Center.
