Liu Guangming, male, Han Chinese, born in 1963, is from Xinghua, Jiangsu, member of Communist Party of China, postgraduate of Party School of the CPC Central Committee and senior political and ideological engineer. Now, he serves as the deputy inspector of Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau.

He served as the assistant researcher, deputy director and researcher of Cadre Department of Urban Construction Committee of Beijing Municipal Party Committee, researcher of Economic Cadres Office of Beijing Municipal Party Committee Organization Department, director of Personnel Department and Veteran Cadre Department of Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau.

He is responsible for municipal ecological civilization system reform and deepening reform, organization of personnel management, retired cadres, Party's construction of organization, labor union, Communist Youth League and women's work.

He shares responsibility for Organization and Personnel Office, Retired Cadre Department, Party Committee, Labor Union, Youth League, Women's Work Committee, Bureau Retired Cadres Service Center.
