Li Xiaohua, female, Han Chinese, born in 1964, is from Jilin, member of Communist Party of China, postgraduate, Master of Science, Master of Business Administration and senior engineer. Now, she serves as the member and deputy director general of Party group of Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau.

She served as the deputy director and director of Nightscape Lighting Management Office of Beijing Municipal Administration Committee; Director of Science and Technology and International Cooperation Office and Water and Ecological Environment Management Office of Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, deputy inspector of Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, member of Party group and chief engineer.  

She is responsible for the integrated management of pollution sources, ecological civilization construction, environmental planning, natural ecological protection, and propaganda and education.

She shares responsibility for Pollution Source Management Office, Ecological Environment Planning and Construction Office, Propaganda and Education Office and Municipal Environmental Protection Propaganda Center.
